Must sign waiver agreeing to the inherent risks of exercise before first session. This will be provided to you before your session. Please submit this before your session.
Any medical conditions that may put a client at increase risk require medical clearance.
Late cancel policy: Please provide 24 hours notice before your session if you need to cancel or reschedule. Charge for late cancel after 24 hours but at least 8 hours before appointment is 50% of service. Charge for late cancel after 8 hours or a no show is 100% of service.
Late arrival: If you are late for your session, you will lose however many minutes you are late. I am frequently booked back to back and often cannot extend sessions. However, that time booked is yours. xample: You can show up 20 minutes late to your hour session and you can still get a 40 minute workout. If I can extend your session, I will do so at cost. Example: If you show up 30 minutes late to a one-hour session and want to do a full hour, you can purchase 30 minutes at the cost per minute of an hour session, rather than the cost of a stand-alone 30 minute session.
