I want you to look and feel good, and my personal past overuse injuries have taught me that going hard and fast all the time will only run your body and mind into the ground. I'm constantly increasing my knowledge of new techniques to utilize in our sessions. I was recently certified as a Pain-Free Performance Specialist through a seminar designed by Dr. John Rusin. I've also been reading and applying the techniques of Dr. Stuart McGill, world-renowned back specialist.
