While we may share the same goals (to get stronger, to improve our health, to feel more energized, to look better in our clothes... or out of them), no two people are the same! That's why no two of my workouts are exactly the same. We all have some weakness, some imbalance, some mental block that is specifically our own, that is holding us back from becoming the absolute best version of ourselves. Everytime I sit down to plan a session, I'm asking myself, "What can we do in this hour that is going to benefit Joy/Lisa/Mike the most?" You don't just get the 30/45/60 minutes we spend together, you get all the time, planning, and application of my knowledge and experience that goes into designing your workout. That said, if we begin the workout and there are other issues you're experiencing that we have to address, I will adapt the plan to maximize the session's benefit to you. Promise. When I take you on as a client, I will do everything in my power to see you win, whatever we decide that means for you.
